Dine with Tchaikovsky this Christmas

A Christmastime dinner in our Restaurant Tchaikovsky has become a tradition for many in the region, and Executive Chef Vladislav Djatsuk always creates a special menu. This year it includes starters such as lightly marinated Baltic herring with white fish roe and foie gras parfait with a Sauternes glace. Main courses include halibut, suckling pig, or mulard duck. Once you’ve made yourself comfortable at the dinner table, you may not want to leave the hotel. And why should you? For the ladies, we add a spa treatment in your room, the Exotic Enriching Milk Bath, said to capture the essence of Cleopatra’s bathing ritual.
